What you are signing up for
One spot per driver at the EO LA Track Day at Willow Springs on Sunday, November 1, 2026, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, at Willow Springs International Raceway, 3500 75th Street West, Rosamond, CA 93560. The spot includes open track time, coaching, the karting program, the skid pad, lunch and refreshments.
Payment
$450 per driver, paid directly to Ken Besada by Venmo or Zelle before you submit this form. Your spot is yours once Ken sees your payment come in; the public list shows when he has confirmed it. Payments made to Ken go to EO Los Angeles after the event to cover the day. If the day is already full when you sign up, Ken emails you and returns your payment; if the amount does not match, he emails you to sort out the difference.
Cancellation
Cancel by email to ken@wonderstoneusa.com by Sunday, October 25, 2026, one week before the event, for a full refund. After that, no refunds: the track and the crew are paid for either way. If the organizers cancel or move the date, Ken emails everyone who signed up about refunds or moving your spot.
Who can drive
Every driver must be 16 or older with a valid driver's license, must attend the 8:00 am safety briefing, and signs the organizer's participant agreement and Willow Springs' release at check-in (ask John Soneff for copies in advance if you want to read them first). Under-16s stay in the spectator areas.
Your car and gear
You bring a car in safe working order (tires, brakes, fluids, nothing loose inside) and a Snell SA2020, SA2025 or FIA-rated helmet, or use a loaner at the track. Cars go through a tech check at check-in; if the organizers keep a car off the track, that driver still takes part in the karting, the skid pad and ride-alongs.
Risk
Follow the instructors, the flag crew and track staff. No alcohol during on-track activity. Driving hard on a track has real risk, and you are choosing it. Your car is your responsibility; your own auto insurance may not cover track driving.
The public list
So everyone can see who is coming, the name of the person who signed up, each driver's name, car, experience level and helmet need, the number of drivers, how you paid, whether Ken has confirmed the payment, and the day you signed up appear on the public list at https://trackday.kenbesada.com/attendees. Email addresses and mobile numbers are not shown there. By submitting you confirm you have each driver's permission for that. A cancelled sign-up comes off the list; email Ken to be removed.
Your details
The organizers (John Soneff, Gary Alexander, Brett Winn, Ken Besada) use what you enter to run the day and nothing else.
